Serena Williams recently announced in a Vogue article that she is leaving tennis to pursue other interests, including a sibling for her daughter Olympia. Serena's chart, like her tennis playing, is exceptional. Her chart is in a bundle pattern, all within a trine of Mars in Leo in the 5th house to Neptune in Sagittarius in the 9th. Mars Neptune aspects can give great athletic ability. In fire signs here, it makes that ability even more pronounced.
But one does not achieve great heights with simply a trine. Serena's Mars is in a close square to Venus in Scorpio in the 7th house. Scorpio is a very competitive and determined sign.
